Step 2

Discussion of the utilisation potential, refurbishment requirements and rent options. Clarification of questions on the subject of ‘refurbishment in an occupied state’.

Step 3

Once a decision has been made, the work is planned, cost estimates are obtained, the team of craftsmen is mobilised and finally the work is carried out accurately and professionally.

Reference objects refurbishment

3.5-room flat
in Zurich

Initial situation An occupied flat with an older kitchen that was still functional
Objective To realise a modern, contemporary kitchen in a short construction time
Costs Around CHF 50,000
Construction time 3 weeks (including subsequent painting work in the living room, corridor and overall cleaning)
Description

The kitchen floor plan was opened up towards the living room (hatch removed) and a door to the corridor was closed. This created more storage space in the kitchen and corridor.

The kitchen, the window to the balcony and the flooring were all completely renovated. My undertakings work hand in hand, attention is paid to every detail.
