Step 1


The first step is to work with the customer to clarify the form of support required - be it temporary on a one-off basis or as part of a full mandate. The individual needs and requirements take centre stage.

Depending on the customer's wishes, relevant documents such as the tenant's report are reviewed and the property is inspected. Expectations and objectives are discussed in a personal meeting, after which a customised offer is drawn up.

Step 3


Once the mandate has been awarded, the next steps are planned. All administrative tasks are taken over and the first measures are initiated in close consultation with the client to ensure smooth management.
