This insight forms the basis of my work, which aims to bring people and property together in the best possible way. I see the structural and technical aspects, hear stories and experience owners, landlords and tenants.
As the daughter of an architect, I was
practically born with an affinity
for property.
I was interested in houses from an early age, which is why my later training as a structural draughtswoman came as no surprise to anyone. Neither was my subsequent federal qualifications as a property manager and real estate agent.
In my further professional career, I looked after the major clients of a large property management company (in particular commercial properties, shopping centres), managed the property management for a major investor and was most recently team leader at the Zurich Homeowners' Association with a mixed portfolio of condominiums, residential and commercial properties, individual mandates (re-lettings). As a self-employed and independent property expert, I want to take time for my clients and their concerns. In this respect, I see myself as a partner in a professional team centred around the landlord, which extends to the caretaker and does not leave the tenants out in the cold.
